Training involves topics like technique, quality, safety, and most importantly, customer service. When a client hires us, they are right to expect a high quality cleaning job. What we strive to ensure is that both the quality AND the overall experience live up to our client's expectations. That assurance of quality comes down to an ongoing commitment to training.

Guarantees and Payments
There are many cliches and promises made where guarantees are concerned. At Solent Maintenance Services, we offer a simple, straight forward guarantee - if you are not satisfied with your window cleaning, you do not pay us. This may seem like a bold statement, but we approach each job with the same attitude - we carry out our work as if we were working on our home. We understand that when considering who you want to carry out your window cleaning for you, you will have plenty of choice. That is why we offer a no-nonsense guarantee. If you are not happy, you do not pay us, and we will do the job again until you are.
The majority of our customers are not home when we call. Therefore, at your request, we will send a notification text to you the day before we are due to clean your windows. Once cleaned, an invoice is left for you to pay at your convenience - by bank transfer or by cheque.

Areas coveredWe are based in Cowplain, Waterlooville, and from here we service clients mainly up to Chichester, as the map opposite details. We also have a number of clients at Petersfield, Ropley and Liss.
If you live outside these areas, please call us to discuss your requirements. We are always happy to provide a free, no-obligation quotation for any of our services, and recognise that some clients are simply looking for a one-off service such as a builders clean, a house-sale clean or an annual gutter & fascia clean. We will base each quotation on the characteristics of the individual property, not where the property is located. |
